Shipping Policy

Domestic:

 

Orders sent via Sendle.

Orders can take between 2-5 days to be shipped. Please email waymbul.co@gmail.com for any questions or queries. 

Tracking can be found via email once packed and sent. Listing your mobile details while checking out means that you can receive text updates.

P.O. Boxes and Express Post will be sent via Australia Post.

All Sendle products include insurance. Please unauthorise ATL in notes when checking out as ATL may cancel out insurance.

International:

via Australia Post. Available for instant checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ceramics and Art: 

No returns or exchanges are available for ceramics as they are hand-built and are often one-off. This does not include damage during transit. Waymbul endeavors to ensure all fragile pieces are packed appropriately for transit to minimise risk. On the off chance your package arrives damaged, please advise as soon as possible. 

If items arrive faulty or broken, a refund will be issued with photo evidence provided.

The refund amount will not include the shipping cost.
